You shall examine the products that you purchased and notify us by email, filling out the Return Authorisation Document, any defects or problems with the size, colors etc., within seven (7) days from the date which the products are delivered to you. In that case, you have to send us the products in original boxes with all original packaging materials, including all accessories enclosed in that carton.
