1. Shipping Policy

VIPOP orders are delivered during our service hours Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.  With the exception of holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

Kindly remember that shipping times should be used only as a guide and are based on time from dispatch. VIPOP cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays. For an approximate of shipping time to destination, please click on the “DELIVERY TIME TABLE” link provided under each product. If you are unable to find this information, do not hesitate to contact us.

We take pride in that all of the products we offer are completely hand crafted. However, because of this, some will take up to a week to be dispatched. We will send you an e-mail with all the information, and will keep you updated on every step from order processing to shipment. Also our customer service team will be available to you from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm, in case you need to contact us.

 

2. Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing.

Some of our carriers work with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). For these cases, once your order arrives at your destination, you, as the recipient of the order, will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. After you have placed your order, we will email you to request your acceptance of these terms. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority.

 

3. Returns and Cancelations

Returns will only be acceptable in cases where the products present damages from origin, or if the order is mistaken.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping

  • If an item has a VIPOP security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Aroma and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

  • Swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

  • Swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging.

Please be aware that any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Your returned item must be shipped to the provided address no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you ship your parcel within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant VIPOP partner’s location within 14 days.

What happens next?

Prepare your package with the returns documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:

  1. Contact us to ensure your order can be returned.

  2. Place any unwanted items with all original packaging inside the VIPOP box.

  3. Send the parcel to the address provided, remember that in the case of accepting the devolution, you will be in charge of the shipping costs.

4. Cancelling an order

During a certain cancellation period of 14 days, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep the purchased products, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order. Once the products are returned to the relevant Partner you will receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs; however, you will be liable to arrange and cover the full cost of returning the order.
